Luciana Garcia

Luciana Garcia is a new member of the International Young Leaders Council (IYLC) from Shilton, Connecticut. She’s very excited to work together with students internationally to make a difference in a positive way. She looks forward to learning more, becoming a leader herself, and working with others to create a change.
